Because it protects you. Online payments may involve regulatory and financial risks depending on the country/region. Funds can be held, frozen, delayed, or reviewed, and we can’t responsibly guarantee a “one-size-fits-all” solution for everyone.

How do I pay for wholesale or dealer orders?
We recommend paying by bank transfer. Please contact us first to confirm the order details and total amount before transferring.

Can I place a very large order at once?
Yes. There is no upper limit. For safety and flexibility, the minimum order quantity is only 10 units (and orders are placed in multiples of 10). Many successful dealers started small and scaled after testing the local market.
Why are dealer levels calculated annually?
Dealer levels are based on annual cumulative purchases to keep the program fair, reward active dealers, and allocate website/operation resources efficiently. It encourages sustainable growth instead of one-time bulk orders.
What happens if I don’t meet the monthly website maintenance requirement?
Website maintenance is performance-based. If your monthly sales fall below the required threshold, maintenance is paused. Your site is not “deleted”; once sales recover, maintenance can resume in the following cycle.
Are there any hidden fees to join the Dealer Network?
No. There is no joining fee and no membership fee. Your costs are product purchases and the fixed shipping fee (€8.5 per order).
Do you support mixing flavors? And what’s the “same flavor” discount?
Mixing flavors is allowed. Additionally, if your order includes 10 units of the same flavor, you receive an extra €2 discount per 10 units. This is designed to simplify inventory and improve resale efficiency.
What compliance / risk-control rules should I follow as a dealer?
To protect the dealer network and reduce risk, we may refuse or suspend privileges in rare cases involving: misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, unusually high-risk payment behavior, or sales practices that violate local laws. Dealers are responsible for complying with their local regulations (age restrictions, advertising limitations, etc.).
Can ANYVAPES suspend dealer pricing or bonus privileges?
Yes, if we detect misuse (e.g., manipulated claims, suspicious transactions, or policy violations). This keeps the network stable and trusted for everyone.
